Orders are shipped in 2 - 4 weekdays.
Delivery methods and costs
Orders are delivered through Posti. Parcel can be picked up from the pickup point chosen during checkout. Customer receives an SMS-message when the parcel can be collected.
Customers can also pickup their order from our roastery at Kuukuja 8E, 33420 Tampere during weekdays 9:00 - 17:00.
To Your Door -products are delivered home and free of charge.
Delivery cost for orders under 59€ is 5,90€. Orders over 59€ are delivered free of charge.

Mokkamestarit Oy delivers coffees and teas in EU region following:
Region 1: Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Estonia. Region 2: Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Ordering is through our web shop. Delivery time approx. 3-7 days. Goods are delivered by Finnish Post.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your basket:
Region 1: 0 – 2 kg: 18,70€ 2 – 5 kg: 21,10€ Maximum delivery weight 5kg.
Region 2: 0 – 2 kg: 23,40€ 2 – 5 kg: 28,50€ Maximum delivery weight 5kg.
Prices are valid until further notice and VAT is included.

Prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve all rights.
Right to return
You have the right to cancel your order and return products for 14 days after ordering. The product has to be unopened and unused in its original packaging. Customer covers all immediate expenses.
When cancelling your order, please provide your invoice number, contact information and bank account number. Returns should be informed to paahtimo@mokkamestarit.fi
If the order is not collected, the contract shall be deemed to have expired. In this case, the customer will be refunded for any payments made, excluding a 10€ return fee.
Courses
The seller has the right to reschedule or cancel any course that doesn't meet the minimum number of participants. Possible cancellations are informed after the last day of registration.
Cancellation policy
We charge 50% fee for all cancellations made after the last day of registration. Full charge is for all cancellations made in less than two days prior to course. Attendee may appoint another person to replace him.
Online Banking
Paytrail Oyj handles webbank payment and financial services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
If you want to pay using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Mokkamestarit Oy acts as a marketer and handles the order. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for any claims. Paytrail Oyj acts as a seller and trade is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj.

Customer data is regularly obtained through the controller's own operations and from the data subject himself.

We have ensured that all our service providers comply with data protection legislation.
8. Processing
Personal data is generally processed for as long as the customer relationship is valid. The data subject can unsubscribe from our marketing list via the link in each marketing email we send.
9. Processors of personal data
The controller and its employees process personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately.

12. Principles of register protection
Manual material is stored in a locked state. Electronically processed data is protected from parties outside the organization by appropriate information security programs (firewall, antivirus). Computer equipment is kept in locked premises.
Within the organization, only designated persons have access to the register data. All employees in the organization have signed a confidentiality agreement.
