Sometimes it comes from an uncommon origin. Sometimes it’s a rare lot that appears once and vanishes forever.
We don’t know where this road will lead, but we’re excited to travel it with you, one lot at a time.

Mystery Coffee #1- Nepal Mt. Everest: Our debut release takes you to Nuwakot, Nepal, a mountain region located near the Ganesh Himal range, the closest coffee-growing area to Mt. Everest. The farm behind this lot was founded in 1994 and continues to employ and empower local women, funding nearby schools and community projects - a quiet but lasting impact on its community.

We want to open this Mystery series not with a typical third-wave coffee, but with a rare classic from a mystical place most people don't even know grows coffee at all.

This coffee is washed with snow-fed Himalayan water (Glacier melt that runs through the foothills, yielding a clean, mineral-sweet character and a rich, full body). Expect deep cocoa, brown sugar sweetness, a hint of orange peel, and a smooth hazelnut spread finish.
