Black tea from Darjeeling region.

This Darjeeling tea – one of the most famous – grows in altitude of 950-1830 metres at the base of the Himalayas. It is harvested during the best season, at the turn of June and July, which gives this tea its fine muscatel aroma. The unusual name was put into use in 1927, when the owner’s daughter, Margaret, who was very fond of the tea plantation, died from a tropical disease.

The tea plantation is situated in an extraordinarily beautiful place by two rivers, surrounded by nature’s abundance. Thanks to this, it is possible to detect wild flowers, orchids and lychees in the taste and aroma of Margaret’s Hope.
